You will pay only for time worked by the assigned employee. Rates are negotiated on an individual basis depending on the nature of the request, the duration of the assignment, the location, and the expertise required.

Contract-to-direct employment allows you to assess a recruited candidate more extensively than could be accomplished through the most in-depth interview process. With MCE’s contract-to-direct placement program, you can employ a recruited candidate after an agreed-to contract period of employment. If, for whatever reason, you and employee are not completely satisfied with one another, the working relationship can be terminated without any obligation to you beyond payment for time already worked.


With direct placement, MCE’s recruiting staff can locate employees for placement directly on your company’s payroll. We help you define the position based on your company’s unique needs. The level and extent of MCE’s involvement in the hiring process is determined by you. Fees for services are negotiated accordingly.
