MCE Staffing places professionals with companies needing employees with specific skills.
The different types of placements available include: Contract Assignments, Contract-to Direct Hire and Direct Hire.
Most of the positions available through MCE are contract assignments. As an MCE contract employee, your paycheck comes from MCE but you work at our client’s place of business under the direct supervision of our client.
Every employment agreement is unique, drawn up specifically for you, our client, and your assignment. Some contracts include a rate of pay for the hours worked and nothing more. An assignment might require travel. Out-of-town assignments often include travel expenses and per diem that make the assignment financially attractive. You’ll be compensated for your willingness to remain flexible. It’s a matter of supply and demand. The more specialized your skills, the more money your services will command. The more flexible you are, the more options you’ll have available to you.
A contract assignment can often lead to a direct position. This type of placement allows you to “showcase” your skills to an employer who might have upcoming direct employment opportunities.
MCE is often called on to recruit individuals for permanent positions. If your skills match our client’s requirements, your resume is submitted for consideration. You would work directly for our client.
You can submit your resume by e-mail, or fill out our online resume form.
There is absolutely no obligation when you send your resume to MCE. No fees are charged to our candidates or employees at any time before, during, or after placement. Before submitting your name as a candidate for an available position, we will contact you to see if you want to be considered. If you are offered an assignment, you decide if the position, the wages, and the terms are right for you.
